I wasn’t going to bring my camera… and in fact I didn’t – our original plan was to head to a Frozen Party that was being hosted by a little local store – so I intentionally left my camera at home – even though Emerson said she didn’t care if I brought it ( I ask her permission now that she is in kindergarten) – BUT when the Frozen Party was a bust … we decided to head to the Vanderbilt Museum instead – I called my husband who was with the other 2 littles and asked if he wanted to join us.. He said “yes”.. and I followed up with “Don’t forget to grab my camera before you leave.” It is so hard to be on vacation where life is so different then where you live – and not want to document every beautiful part of it..jpg "2014-12-29_0017.jpg")
