I call this blog update Ryans Hope because if sweet little Ryan had words she would HOPE that the shoot would be over before it began. I met Ryan at the mall when she was 7 months old – I picked her mom up at the play place and we exchanged digits. Our friendship bloomed as we realized we were so similar. Ryan is such a sweet little girl with a sprinkle of spunk and today she embraced her spunk with all that she had. She wanted nothing to do with me or the camera – so out of desperation we pulled out balloons… um – they blew away… so then we pulled out a lollipop and life was good again. What did I learn in this shoot??? Only pull out the lollipop as a last result since once she got the lollipop there was no giving it up and I learned that balloons are never a good prop on a crazy , windy day!
