So you recently may have heard that I am entering into the lifestyle newborn market. I was so fortunate that I had the opportunity to tag along with my amazing friend Leah Cook from Leah Cook Photography. I didn’t tag along just to learn Leah’s ways…. because Leah is so amazing in what she does and that can not be replicated. I simply went along with her on a shoot because I really wanted to mentally look at light in a persons home without the pressure that can come with a client session. I wanted to breathe and just take it all in. I didn’t even plan on shooting – except some amazing behind the scenes for Leah – Because it is always fun to see pictures of yourself doing what you love. In the end, I was able to capture a couple of images while Leah was shooting other members of the family. I am so grateful that Leah let me join her. I take what I do so very seriously (sometimes a little too seriously) – and I want to be as honest as I can be with this journey. Thanks Leah for always being so supportive and kind. This industry needs more people like you.
