We had our first travel game over Easter weekend – Ok.. it wasn’t really a travel game as we were just in Arlington – BUT since our game was at 8PM and then again the next day at 8 AM, 12 PM… and 6 PM we decided to stay overnight. The boys did AMAZING and won the first three games in a complete shut-out ( and yes, I had to double check with my husband if that is how you say it in Soccer- makes me sound like I know what I am talking about doesn’t it) – Last game was close but we ended up losing 3-4. As a self proclaimed non-sporto – I have found such a love for watching my son play soccer. He has worked so hard to be amazing at something he loves so much…wonder who he gets that passion from.
Images shot primarily with the 24 mm 1.4 and the last game was shot with th 85 mm 1.4
While unpacking our bags – Sutton seemed to unpack some of Emersons Lip balm – she in fact unpacked it all over her face. Such a big helper isn’t she? ( Whitebalance was wonky in there – but the pictures were too cute not to share) .
So we had a little time to kill- so we let Sutton nap in the car and we pretended to be 16. This pictures are TOTALLY coming back out when she actually turns 16.
And when the game began – she decided it was way too chilly to be awake and so she continued to sleep the first half of the game.
And when she woke up – there was plenty of hands wanting to give her some hugs.
Poor peanut – woken from her slumber to attend another soccer game. Oh the life of being #3.
